When Al Pacino learned of Noor Alfallah’s pregnancy, he doubted he was the father.

However, a prenatal DNA test confirmed Pacino’s paternity.

The actor and his girlfriend are now raising their son, Roman, together.

Recently, Noor was seen in public with their baby for the first time. The 30-year-old model opted for a casual, sporty look, wearing her long dark hair down and going without makeup. She dressed in a fitted black tank top, joggers, and sneakers, complementing her outfit with sunglasses. She dressed Roman in a printed white T-shirt and blue shorts. Although she had a stroller, Noor chose to carry the baby in her arms, holding him close.

Roman is Pacino’s fourth child. Noor Alfallah grew up in a wealthy family in Beverly Hills and has had previous relationships with much older men, including Rolling Stones’ frontman Mick Jagger and billionaire Nicolas Berggruen.
