Adele shares joy of new £47m home for her and boyfriend Rich Paul

Adele and her boyfriend, Rich Paul, have recently shared an exciting milestone with fans, posting a photo of themselves standing outside their first home together. The mansion, which is reportedly worth $58 million, was previously owned by Hollywood legend Sylvester Stallone. Located in the prestigious Beverly Hills area, the home sits on three acres of land, surrounded by other star-studded estates. In the photo posted to Adele’s Instagram, the couple smiles while holding up a set of keys, symbolizing their new chapter in this lavish property.

The estate, spanning an impressive 18,587 square feet, boasts eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. The house is situated at the end of a long, private driveway, offering the couple both privacy and luxury. Originally listed for $110 million by Stallone, the mansion was eventually sold for nearly half the price at $58 million after months of no offers. After cutting the price to $80 million in October, Stallone found a buyer in Adele and Rich.

Stallone, who had owned the property for years, had made significant updates to the house, transforming it from its original Mediterranean style into a more contemporary design. Some of the enhancements included steel-framed windows and doors, as well as an art studio in the eight-car garage. He also brought in renowned architect Richard Landry to design a guesthouse. The mansion is full of luxurious amenities, including a movie theater, custom bar, gym, and a cigar room. Two Rocky Balboa statues—perhaps a nod to Stallone’s iconic role—can be found on the property, adding a personal touch to the grand estate.

Adele and Rich’s new Beverly Hills home places them among some of Hollywood’s biggest names, with neighbors including Denzel Washington, Magic Johnson, and Justin Bieber. As for Stallone, he has since relocated to a stunning $35.38 million compound in Palm Beach, Florida.

This exciting move comes amid rumors earlier in the year that Adele had split from Rich. However, the couple has since put those rumors to rest, with the pair sharing this joyous occasion as they settle into their new home together. It marks a new chapter in both their personal lives and their journey as a couple, away from the spotlight.
