The One Chicago shows are coming to an end this month!

The season finales of each TV show are set to air on Wednesday, May 21.

Chicago Med‘s Season 10 finale airs at 8 p.m. ET, Chicago Fire‘s Season 13 finale airs at 9 p.m. ET, and Chicago P.D.’s Season 12 finale airs at 10 p.m. ET.

We already have an idea of how each show’s season is going to end, thanks to NBC’s official loglines for each episode.

The Chicago Med Season 10 season finale is called “…Don’t You Cry.”

“Following orders, Goodwin is tasked with enforcing difficult cuts to hospital personnel. Charles’ daughter is hospitalized after a car accident. A transplant patient makes a life-changing decision.”

The Chicago Fire Season 13 finale is called “It Had to End This Way.”

“Severide puts his job on the line to help out one of their own. Kidd navigates Natalie’s complicated relationship with her sister. Herrmann prepares to take the Chief test.”

The Chicago P.D. Season 12 finale is titled “Vows.”

A synopsis was not yet provided by NBC for this episode, however.
